Dr. Hartman holds a Ph.D. in Logistics and Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Dr. Hartman has more than 30 years of professional experience supporting the United States Federal Government, most recently as Director of the Center for Operational Analysis, Air Force Institute of Technology.
